Prospective customers or customers of Mous Media Bali are required to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before ordering or having received service. By ordering our services, you agree to comply with all the provisions stated in these Service Rules.

a). Domain Service

  1. The domain name belongs to the CUSTOMER with an ownership contract period of one year or more depending on the payment period.
  2. Domain names that have been registered cannot be modified or refunded.
  3. CUSTOMERS are able to manage domain name facilities (WHOIS, Privacy Protection, Lock management, DNS management, and EPP Code/Transfer Authorization Code) through the client area in the MOUS MEDIA BALI billing system.
  4. Indonesian Domain Registration requires a verification process from the Indonesian Internet Domain Organizing Institution (PANDI), with a verification time span of 1-3 working days. Verification conditions are also influenced by the completeness of CUSTOMER data.
  5. Domain name ownership can be transferred to another party. This is with the approval of the CUSTOMER concerned by providing a transfer statement via valid email according to the initial registration.
  6. Other parties can extend the domain name by making payments to MOUS MEDIA BALI, even though the domain name belongs to the CUSTOMER. Domain name ownership information still belongs to MOUS MEDIA BALI CUSTOMERS, according to the database in the Billing System. The other party will be placed as a secondary contact in the Billing System who only has the power to extend the domain name.
  7. MOUS MEDIA BALI has an auto reminder system 30 days before the domain name expires. The system will send a notification email to the CUSTOMER. However, CUSTOMERS are still required to know the expiration date of their domain name. If there is no payment for the extension, then we consider the CUSTOMER to have been negligent.
  8. MOUS MEDIA BALI is not responsible if the domain name has expired due to the CUSTOMER’s negligence or deliberate failure to extend the validity period. There is extra financing after the domain name expires.
  9. MOUS MEDIA BALI has a policy of extending certain domain names belonging to CUSTOMERS which have expired and saving them before entering the Redemption Grace Period due to consideration of the value of the domain name. CUSTOMERS can still own and use the domain name for a certain fee decided by MOUS MEDIA BALI.
  10. MOUS MEDIA BALI registers CUSTOMER domain names through Indonesian and international registrars. MOUS MEDIA BALI will comply with the registrar’s rules for all kinds of actions resulting from abuse carried out intentionally or not by the CUSTOMER.
  11. MOUS MEDIA BALI will provide technical assistance to CUSTOMERS whose identities match the database in the billing system.

b). Web Hosting Service

  1. The web hosting account belongs to the CUSTOMER with a contract ownership period of a certain time depending on the payment period.
  2. In the interests of general web server stability and security as well as for special needs relating to CUSTOMER accounts, MOUS MEDIA BALI is authorized to enter CUSTOMER’s control panel and take necessary actions.
  3. Activities that are prohibited for CUSTOMERS in utilizing web hosting products are:
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from damaging/changing the data content and server configuration of MOUS MEDIA BALI.
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from using the MOUS MEDIA BALI server for activities that are contrary to the laws in force in Indonesia or the laws stipulated in the jurisdiction where the CUSTOMER lives, or the laws in force in the place where the MOUS MEDIA BALI server is located and trying to enter/damage/change the data content and configuration server systems belonging to other parties.
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from using the MOUS MEDIA BALI server for hosting pornography, cracking, SARA, insults, violations of Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI), violations of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), piracy material (Mp3, Songs, Videos, Films, Computer Programs) , material that has the nature and elements of all forms of gambling (online betting, gambling, lottery predictions), material that is fraudulent/abusing certain brands/companies/individuals by providing false information for personal gain (Scam), programs that are destructive (Warez, Crack , Hacks, Trojans, Viruses) or other things that are contrary to the law.
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from running background processes (programs that run continuously on the server) and daemon servers such as Proxy Scripts, IRC bots/Chat programs, Eggdrop, BNC, IRC server, rc5des, Java Chat Server, and the like.
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from using servers, emails and networks to carry out Spamming, Spamvertising, Spoofing, Trolling, Mailbombing, Search Engine cloacking, Creating Affiliate Sites / Referral Programs, e-MLM, network marketing, HYIP (High Yield Investment Program), Ponzi / Pyramid Scheme / Money Game, Scam Site, Use of PHP SHELL, Hacking, Cracking, Theft and data breach, and the like.
    1. CUSTOMERS are prohibited from leaving the website unsecured (not updating the program/security version).
    1. MOUS MEDIA BALI operates web servers for international datacenter companies. MOUS MEDIA BALI will comply with the rules of the datacenter company for all kinds of actions resulting from misuse (abuse) carried out intentionally or not by the CUSTOMER.
  4. MOUS MEDIA BALI is not responsible for the CUSTOMER’s website programming version. The activity of updating program versions such as CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, unless the CUSTOMER uses web development services from MOUS MEDIA BALI, and uses one of the CMS mentioned.
  5. MOUS MEDIA BALI is not responsible for the file and database configuration settings resulting from requests to modify/change the web hosting account to another domain name.
  6. MOUS MEDIA BALI will provide technical assistance to CUSTOMERS whose identities match the database in the billing system.

C). Website Development Service

  1. MOUS MEDIA BALI as a provider of website creation services does not accept the creation of websites that contain elements of fraud, gambling, are against SARA, and matters relating to violations of applicable law.
  2. The content of the website is entirely the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
  3. If the website content is provided by MOUS MEDIA BALI, the CUSTOMER is obliged to check the content again.
  4. All materials related to writing, audio and other files displayed on the website are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER so that MOUS MEDIA BALI is free from accusations and claims of copyright infringement legally.
  5. CUSTOMERS cannot sue MOUS MEDIA BALI legally if there is a delay in the website work process caused by late delivery of materials, the revision process multiple times so it takes a lot of time, delays in confirmation from CUSTOMER, and unexpected things such as natural disasters, network damage, work equipment damage, and others.
  6. MOUS MEDIA BALI will provide an estimate of the processing time, which means that the work can be done faster or slower than the specified time.
  7. MOUS MEDIA BALI has the right to use THIRD PARTY services/programs such as additional plugins in website development.
  8. If during the trip there is use of a THIRD PARTY paid plugin, then MOUS MEDIA BALI will notify the CUSTOMER regarding the use and cost of the plugin.

d). Monthly Website Maintenance and SEO Service

  1. The contents of the Monthly Website Maintenance and SEO services are in accordance with the package chosen by the CUSTOMER.
  2. MOUS MEDIA BALI cannot provide an exact time to enter the first page of Google with certain keywords.
  3. MOUS MEDIA BALI is obliged to provide monthly website development reports to CUSTOMERS.
  4. MOUS MEDIA BALI is not obliged to provide detailed onsite or offsite SEO techniques.
  5. MOUS MEDIA BALI is not responsible if a THIRD PARTY plugin error occurs
  6. MOUS MEDIA BALI has the right to unilaterally deactivate the problematic plugin without notifying the CUSTOMER.

This Agreement is written using terms commonly used in the field of Internet and Computer Communications and is fully understood by Mous Media Bali and the Customer.

As technology and services develop, Mous Media Bali reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
